Zentangle® Basics and Beyond with Dina Kageler

Zentangle is an easy-to-learn, relaxing and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns. There are no mistakes in Zentangle.
Join Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT) Dina Wood Kageler for this Basics and Beyond! class that will take both new and experienced artists on explorations of the roots of this meditative art form. We will learn the origin stories of the Zentangle method, as well as a step-by-step approach to the creation of simple repetitive patterns called “tangles”.
Students will receive basic Zentangle supplies to jumpstart their individual Zentangle journeys. The class is especially geared for the beginning Zentangle learner, but returning tanglers are welcome. No previous art experience is required.
The Basics class is the best place to begin a Zentangle journey, and is also a worthwhile refresher for more experienced students.
Cost is $35/$30 VAC members plus a $15 supply fee.
