Please register online. Payments can be made via credit card online. Checks may be delivered in person to Volcano Art Center’s Niaulani Campus at 19-4074 Old Volcano Rd. in Volcano Village, or via mail/ carrier to VAC, PO Box 129, Volcano, HI 96785.

New VAC Artist Application Form

Mahalo for your interest in joining the Volcano Art Center artists 'ohana. Please complete the form below and submit payment for your artwork to be considered for consignment sales through the Volcano Art Center Gallery. Incomplete applications will not be considered. All applications will be reviewed subjectively by a qualified panel of individuals. VAC will notify you as soon as this process is complete but do be aware it can take up to 6 weeks for review. Gallery representation is highly competitive, we appreciate your patience. Please also be aware submissions placed during the months of August & September may be delayed due to an annual physical inventory count.   • Please include biographical information about yourself.
  • Please provide a written description of how your art interprets the Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park environment. (While this isnʻt required it is strongly recommended)
  • While specific intrepretation of HVNP isnʻt required, all new submissions to VAC Galleries should have a direct tie to the culture and/or lands of Hawaiʻi. Please provide a written description of how your work connects to Hawaiʻi.
  • Accepted file types: jpeg, pdf, jpg, Max. file size: 64 MB.

  • Please state the media you work in. If you work in multiple categories, please list each.
  • Please provide the retail price of your works. To arrive at the retail pricing, VAC doubles the wholesale (artist price).
