This special, free, three-hour presentation will be given at Volcano Art Center’s Niaulani Campus on July 25 from 10am to 1pm by well-known painter/printmaker, Glenn Masao Yamanoha. He will introduce the basic process and present a brief presentation on Ukiyo-e, the history and influence on Western art. Following will be a hands-on session cutting blocks and printing with a baren (printing pad).
