Correction: A Niaulani Rain Forest tour led by Tim Tunison has been scheduled for 2:30pm & is open to all! This tour serves to educate Board members & the public about the significance of the Niaulani Rain Forest.  

Board of Directors June 23 Meeting Announcement

Aloha VAC members!

A request by members during our annual meeting in May was to be notified of Board meetings for those interested in attending or wishing to offer agenda items for the Board’s considerations.

VAC Board meetings are generally scheduled from 5 – 7 pm on the third Thursday of each month unless otherwise rescheduled (as is the case this month), and open to all members and guests.

The general Board Meeting takes place at 5:00 pm. Please join us at this time. See the draft agenda below.

The exception to open attendance applies to Board Executive Sessions, Budget and Finance and Executive Committee. These are attended by invitation of the Chairman.
