The Volcano Art Center’s Jazz in the Forest series continues on Saturday, December 14, 2024 at 5:30pm at Volcano Art Center Niaulani Campus in Volcano Village. The evening features Jean Pierre Thoma and the Jazztones.
As we come to the end of this long and winding year, let us join together in appreciation and gratitude for the roads we have traveled together as well as separately, and now we come together again at the Volcano Art Center on December 14 , at 5:30 to share good cheer and opportunities for the future.
This Holiday Spirit will include seasonal music of worldwide cultures that invite us to sing and dance together, along with some celestial as well as earthly incantations.
You are invited to join THE JAZZTONES, featuring Jean Pierre – JP Thoma on saxophones; Jeannine Guillory-Kane lifting our spirits with vocals; Greg Shirley on guitar and banjo; Shawn James on acoustic and electric bass; and Owen Matsui on percussion, for an evening of Holiday Bliss.
Tickets are $25 for VAC members ($30 non-members)!
Ticket holders will be able to purchase pupu, beer and wine. Tickets are available for sale online at www.volcanoartcenter.org, or at VAC’s Administration Office, open Monday – Friday, 10am – 4pm.
Tickets will be held at Will Call on the day of the show.
