‘Apapane, limited edition prints and open edition posters by Marian Berger.

This piece is from a watercolor original created for the Up Close special exhibition at Volcano Art Center gallery.  The ‘apapane is a Hawaiian honeycreeper, endemic to Hawai’i.  They are often found within Hawai’i Volcanoes National Park.  Proceeds from each sale from the Up Close exhibit help the Hawai’i Endangered Bird Conservation Program, managed by San Diego Zoo Global.
