Stained Glass Workshop with Linda Brooks

Whimsical shapes, illustrative scenes or divine stories — stained glass has re-created the light in our lives for centuries. This four-session workshop for beginners covers all the basic techniques: glass cutting, foiling, soldering, and finishing with patina and polishing compound. Glass artist Linda Brooks will share her expertise, teaching students the skills involved in working safely with stained glass and creating a beautiful, sturdy piece of art. You will complete the workshop with a finished 12″ x 17″ piece.

Attendees are asked to wear long pants, snug-fitting gloves, covered shoes and safety glasses.
