“I paint with fabric, using color, texture, and stitch to capture a scene. Finding the perfect fabric to represent an image is an essential part of my creative process. Once the fabrics are in place, thread adds shape, detail, and dimension. This quilt was created using techniques I learned from textile artist Jane Sassaman.” – Constance Simon
