Kīlauea Volcano, Imagery of her Power & Beauty
Kīlauea Volcano, located on the Big Island of Hawaiʻi, stands as one of the most active volcanoes in the world. Experiencing Kīlauea has brought me a sense of awe and captivation Iʻve never experienced before. Sheʻs connected me more deeply to the ʻāina and has provided once-in-a-lifetime experiences, time and time again.
This book is a collection of photographs I have taken that capture the volcanoʻs many moods and energies, from gentle lava flows to spectacular eruptions, as well as the living essence of the landscape, including the birds, plants, and trees that inhabit the volcano.
Through these images, you are invited to experience the beauty and energy of Kīlauea and be reminded of the powerful yet peaceful spirit that the ʻāina offers.
