Varez Forest Print Pull: Make & Take

Join us for a quick, hands-on printmaking experience following the guided nature walk starting on Monday, June 15th, at the Volcano Art Center Niaulani Campus, from 11am – 12pm.

After exploring the forest trail, participants are invited to pull their own print from an original linoleum block created by the iconic Hawaiʻi artist, Dietrich Varez. This relaxed “make-and-take” activity connects art and nature—participants will reflect on the forest themes discussed during the walk while printing a bold graphic image inspired by Hawaiʻi’s landscapes.

No experience necessary. All materials provided.
