Showcasing the natural warmbrowns and ribbons of gold characteristic of Hawaiian woods such as Koa and Milo, California native, John Wolf has lived and worked here on the Big Island for 40 years crafting fine furniture and functional bowls and boxes. While John has been in the construction field for 45 years, his main interests are woodworking. He is known for juxtaposing and highlighting the fine grain and color patterns of Koa wood, Milo, Monkeypod, Mahogany, Maple, and Norfolk Pine to create one-of-a-kind and finely finished furniture, jewelry boxes, and natural-edged bowls.
