Hand tufted work made of cotton yarn, naturally dyed up-cycled textiles.
Finished with backing and hanging hardware.
“Living beside KÄ«lauea, I’ve spent years watching the landscape transform while remaining entirely itself. Here explores that tension through hand tufted cotton yarn and naturally dyed upcycled textiles. Soft cloth holds the memory of hardened lava. Movement and stillness exist together. Both, at once.” – Coco Cohe
