“These sculptural pieces are hand carved and sculpted from the very finest porcelain clay, and have been cast from a mold of a genuine sea urchin test we found while diving along the coast here on the Big Island of Hawaii. Each piece goes through several firings, with several stages of glazing. The faces of the beads have a colored underglaze, and the centers and edges are glazed with a genuine gold glaze.” – Kimberly
