DESCRIPTION:Join Lydia Meneses on June 13th \, from 10am – 1pm at VAC 
 Niaulani Campus in Volcano Village. Zentangle is an easy-to-learn\, rela
 xing and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patter
 ns. There are no mistakes in Zentangle Art.  \n\nAs you first glance at
  a Zentangle art piece it appears intricate and complicated. But\, when 
 you are guided through the process\, you realize how simple it is and ho
 w fun and engrossing it becomes.  \n\nBeginners learn the basic Zentang
 le art method of drawing and those with experience get the guidance they
  need to take their Zentangle practice a step further. \n\nAs we travel
  beyond the Zentangle art method we will explore a few of Zentangle’s 
 creative concepts to add to you art practice\, like the curly~swirly “
 Splat” design.   \n\nLearning Objectives:\n\n 	Introduction to the Z
 entangle Art Method\n 	Five elements: dot\, straight line\, S shape\, C 
 shape\, &amp\; orb ( . / s c o)\n 	Zentangle basic vocabulary\n 	Benefit
 s of meditation through a mindful drawing practice. \n\n Materials:\n\
 nAll art materials are provided in the Zentangle Basics kit. \n\nStuden
 t kit contains: Sakura PN pen\, pencil and an assortment of paper tiles.
 \n\nThis class is open to all levels\, Zentangle or art experience neces
 sary. Limited space is available at this time. Students are encouraged t
 o bring snacks/beverages to share.\n\nCost: $35. Non-members  $30. VAC 
 members plus $15. supply  fee.
