  classics. Samba Jazz with JP Thoma and the Jazztones\, on March 21st\, 
 from 5:30pm - 7:30pm.\,  at VAC Niaulani Campus (19-4074 Old Volcano Ro
 ad).\nThe Brazilian favorites will include samba\, bossa nova\, mambo\, 
 waltzes\, and other rhythmic styles of the South American repertoire\, i
 nterpreted by JP and the Jazztones.  You are invited to dance\, or list
 en \,to some of the best known and loved  bossa nova compositions -  "
 The Girl from Ipanema"  Gentle Rain' Corcovado" Wave"  Triste' Otra ve
 z" So Danco Samba'  and many more. Jean Pierre Thoma on saxes and clari
 net\, Greg Shirley on guitar and vocals\, Alika James on bass and Owen M
 atsui on percussion.\n\n\n\nTickets are $25 for VAC members ($30 non-mem
