Zumba: Mondays 5:30pm – 6:30pm (Hale Ho’omana)
Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness — cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, and boosted energy each time you leave class. Zumba® is a latin-inspired dance workout that is easy to follow! Movements are designed to increase flexibility, coordination, balance, range of motion and strength. You’ll have a great time and look forward to the next class!
