Volcano Art Center offers a Rare Opportunity to Experience Kapapala Ranch
The Big Island’s ranching culture will be shared with those wanting a unique outdoor educational experience in Ka`u. Kapapala Ranch Manager Lani Cran Petrie has graciously agreed to guide a group through the beauty and history of this 29,000 acre ranch adjacent to Hawai`i Volcanoes National Park. As a member and past President of the Hawai`i Cattlemen’s Association and an innovator in Hawai`i’s cattle ranching industry, Lani has a wealth of knowledge to pass along.
To round out this special experience, individually wrapped picnic lunches will be provided by gourmet caterer, Conard Eyre.
Come join us on February 19th from 9 am – 1 pm. Participants will meet at VAC’s Niaulani campus, 19-4074 Old Volcano Road, Volcano. All participants will show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test taken within 3 days of the event.
