For almost 100 years, Hawaiian kapa making was all but lost. Come learn about the many facets of its manufacturing and become a part of perpetuating this once-lost heritage art form. The class fee is $10 per student, class size is limited and pre-registration is required.  Please register by calling (808)967-8222 or visit www.volcanoartcenter.org.  Volcano Art Center Niaulani Campus is located at 19-4074 Old Volcano Road in Volcano Village.

These visual art programs are supported in part by a grant from the County of Hawai’i Office of Research and Development. Please contact 967-8222 for more information.
