at Hale Ho’omana, Multi purpose Room at VAC’s Niaulani Campus in Volcano Village.
Heather’s yoga classes are thoughtfully sequenced, skillfully delivered and kindly challenging. It is rare that she teaches public classes. Because Heather is a teacher’s teacher, her yoga classes aim to give you the why behind the what and the how. Although the invitation is wide open to join the class on Sunday mornings, she recommends a minimum of two years of regular yoga practice.
