Medicine for the Mind: Teachings in the Tibetan Buddhist Tradition
Second Sunday of each month, 3 – 5pm
Authentic Mahayana Buddhist teachings to train the mind in the inner cause of fulfillment to discover a lasting source of happiness. Classes are free. Calabash donations for the Volcano Art Center are gratefully accepted. Dress warmly and bring a cushion if you like to sit on the floor.
