Preview Exhibit for 2017 Programs at Volcano Art Center
The New Year is just around the corner and so are those “New Year’s Resolutions.” Whether it’s learning a new craft, a language, or broadening your artistic knowledge, Volcano Art Center is giving everyone the chance to see into the future and quite possibly offer the solution to those resolutions.
It all happens at the 2017 Program Preview Exhibit, Friday and Saturday, November 25 & 26, from 10:00am – 4:00pm, at VAC’s Niaulani Campus in Volcano Village. This special exhibit features work by artists who will be offering classes and workshops at VAC in the upcoming year. Browse through programs proposals from painting & block printing classes to stained glass, pottery, horticulture, Zentangle®, music and more.
The exhibit will also feature work by artists who are scheduled to show at the VAC Gallery in Hawaii Volcanoes National Park in 2017.
In addition, Hale Ho’omana will be one of the stops on the Volcano Village Artists Hui Tour.
The Friends of Hawaii’s Volcanoes National Park will be selling poinsettias, and Volcano Rotary will be offering huli huli chicken for sale on Saturday.
